我院何林教授课题组的农药学博士徐志峰等撰写的论文“Analysis of Insecticide Resistance-Related Genes of the Carmine Spider Mite Tetranychus cinnabarinus Based on a De Novo Assembled Transcriptome”在PLOS one（IF=3.73）上发表（PLoS ONE 9(5): e94779. doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0094779）。该论文主要报道了课题组完成的朱砂叶螨转录组测序结果，并对朱砂叶螨抗药性相关基因进行了系统、全面的分析，为朱砂叶螨抗药性研究奠定了良好的分子基础。这也是徐志峰同学继去年在Journal of Economic Entomology（IF=1.6）杂志发表文章后（The Molecular Marker of kdr against Fenpropathrin in Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval). Journal of Economic Entomology. 2013, 106(6): 2457-2466.），博士在读期间发表的第二篇SCI论文。
同时，该课题组农药学硕士王英等撰写的论文“Resistance selection and biochemical mechanism of resistance against cyflumetofen in Tetranychus cinnabarinus (Boisduval)”在Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology（IF=2.11）上发表（http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.pestbp.2014.04.004）。该论文报道了朱砂叶螨丁氟螨酯抗性品系的筛选，并明确了朱砂叶螨对新型杀螨剂丁氟螨酯产生代谢抗性的生化机制。
